ECOE was formed to take the high-cost out of residential-use wind-energy generation, by providing this solution to home and business owners to actually be paid to incorporate ECOE's proprietary VAWT (Vertical Axis Wind Turbine) and HAWT (Horizontal Axis Wind Turbine) Wind-turbine systems at their home and business locations - All without the need for zoning permits or expensive mounting upon tower or pole structures.

Based out of north Texas, USA, and founded by Kendall S. Stewart (Inventor and Chairman) and Mary C. McCammon, aka Angel, (President), ECOE is currently moving forward from the concept and design phase for the wind portion of the renewable energy plan ????into the testing and installation phases.

ECOE has also implemented an online-based marketing concept unique to the wind-energy generation and renewable energy industry, enabling sales of the ECOE VAWT and HAWT Wind-turbine systems, and other related go-green products and services, to be provided through is established, and ever expanding, I-B Agent (Independent Business Agent) member-base.

ECOE is currently primed to meet its official pre-launch release date of January 1, 2011 for its Web sites and marketing membership offerings to further expand its member-base of I-B Agents.

Installation-ready ECOE VAWT and HAWT Wind-turbine systems are planned to be available for Spring of 2011.

ECOE is also very proud to be a JV Partner with CCN, for which we are now receiving members in a private-placement prelaunch!
